Hot yoga, which is done
in a room heated to 90 -100 degrees, allows for a deeper state of
relaxation, deeper stretches, promotes the release of toxins, and overall,
takes the yoga experience to a much deeper level. Hot yoga is
more intense, and the added heat helps the body
"cooperate" whether you are well experienced in practicing yoga, or just
beginning. Plus, hot yoga helps increase circulation, and
promotes the body's healing processes. Importantly, hot
yoga also helps the body through increased relaxation of
joints, ligaments, tendons and muscle fibers.
2HOT believes
deeply in hot yoga because of these elevated benefits. 2HOT urges
participants to be properly prepared to experience hot yoga prior to
coming to classes. If you are prepared and you immerse your body and mind
in hot yoga, you will soon believe deeply as well.
