At 2 Hot Yoga and Pilates, we offer different types of Hot Yoga.The Niyama Hot, 2 Hot Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa, not Hot Advanced Vinyasa Flow and Hot Slow Flow. 

Hot Yoga is a series of different poses practiced in a heated room, slightly warmer than your body temperature. The heat allows your body to stretch more deeply and safely, increases circulation to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal, and detoxifies the body. Hot Yoga is designed so that each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture. It systematically stimulates the organs, glands and nervous system and moves freshly oxygenated blood to  the body.

Secondly, we offer Hot Vinyasa classes in the vigorous, flowing classes that heal, detoxify, and electrify the body and mind at their deepest levels. We also offer “Warm” classes which are milder, one hour versions of the Vinyasa Flow classes.

Both these styles of yoga build stamina, flexibility, strength and balance and work the entire body, from the inside out, from bones to skin. You will test and grow skills of concentration, patience, determination and self control to increase physical strength and mental clarity and reduce stress.

Being "in shape" doesn’t mean having toned muscles and being able to run a few miles. Being "in shape" means that every system, gland, organ, joint, tendon, ligament and cell of the body is exercised. In one hot yoga class, you will sweat, smile, focus, de-stress, detox, and do more for your health, spirit and self image. So enjoy your Yoga practice.
